Royal Mail Tracked 48
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive within 2 working days after dispatch.
Please note that orders placed over weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order are usually ready to ship within 5–10 working days. Once your item is ready, it will be dispatched using your selected delivery service.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be dispatched together once all items are ready.
International
International orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are typically around 5–10 working days after dispatch.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Marini Jewellery piece. However, if you are unhappy with your online purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn, unless the item is faulty.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund or exchange.
